How does a Maintenance Contract work?

One of our qualified technicians will make a free and no obligation visit to your premises, to ascertain your requirements. A quotation will be prepared for you incorporating as many or as few aspects of our service that you require. The quotation will be for a total amount covering an agreed set period. This amount will be payable in monthly instalments.

What is covered will be specific to your organisation and will be detailed in each individual contract. Events such as emergency call outs will be discussed during your visit and you can choose whether or not to cover emergencies.

What are the benefits to my Company?

With a single point of contact we aim to provide you with an exemplary service by establishing good working relationships with key personnel within your organisation. This will aid problem solving when problems do occur and enable us to work sympathetically alongside your business.

Peace of mind, knowing that important maintenance issues will not be missed due perhaps to a change of key personnel in the interim between inspections. Also, these maintenance issues will be budgeted for as part of your contract so there will be no nasty surprises or hidden extra costs.

Your contract will effectively enable you to budget for your ongoing maintenance needs, decreasing the likelihood of unexpected and unwelcome bills.

Minimising the number of organisations that have access to your premises will increase your security.

Ensuring your compliance with Government legislation and the terms and conditions of your insurance policies.
